Electronic programming and control of time and temperature with digital display and alarm at the end of the cooking process and temperature maintenance at 63°C with a pre-cooking program. - Six cooking programmes and one cleaning programme (option: VAP) with double glazing.
- Curved screen-printed security glass with “Rôtisserie” combined with inner heat-resistant K.GLASS (cold pane).
- On the rear side, access for loading of raw products into the rotisserie and to the packed cooked products in the heated display cabinet.
