The new SL tempering line combines an attractive design and high quality standards with energy consumption reduced by 35% compared to the average of existing machines on the market. SL 16, with 16 kg of tank capacity, is equipped with a removable stainless steel Archimedean screw for changing the chocolate and cleaning operations, furthermore, through the Touch screen control panel it allows you to reverse the sense of rotation to bring the product back into tank at the end of the process.
